Used/Pre-owned/Consigned Product Policy
All sales of used, pre-owned, and consigned products are FINAL and no refunds or returns will be granted.
New Product Return Policy
New products are subject to returns and refunds only for defects. If the product is defected the customer may choose to have a replacement (if applicable) sent to them at no additional charge on their part or they may choose a refund. If the customer doesn’t specify by the time the product returns to the store than they automatically will receive a refund. Product defect must be verified by store before refund can be issued.
For the time being, No Refunds or Returns will be allowed for non-defected items. If a product is sent back to the store without authorization from the store (Step’in Western Styles) then the item will be returned to customer at customer expense or customer will be refunded with a hassle fee of at least half the price the customer paid for the product. If a product is returned to store as a defect but is proven during verification process not to be defective then the item may be returned to customer at customer expense or a refund with a hassle fee of at least half the purchase price of the item will be dispensed.
Authorized returns will be at buyers expense. If a return is damaged the customer will be charged a damage fee taken out from their refund. Art and Home goods are Not Refundable nor returnable.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
